lodging choices and really appreciate that you chose to visit us. Here's how we are, and we thank you for cooperating, helping us provide a positive experience for all, and follow the fire/zoning/business codes… Please contact the staff or me as needed.
We are a family friendly hotel and strive for all guests to have an excellent and comfortable experience, come back a lot, and tell their friends about us. We also love it when people direct book with us at www.GeorgetownMountainInn.com, or by phone, because this will give you the besta area and local information.
With all of that in mind, don't hesitate to call or ask at the front desk for a coffee maker, more soap, shampoo, pillows, extra towels, complimentary next day housekeeping services… Anything to make your stay memorable.
Please remember to bring swim gear for the indoor heated pool and
outdoor hot tub.
Also, please note that most Georgetown restaurants stop serving
at 9 PM or earlier. And, our office hours are 7 AM to 10 PM.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM to 10 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Please make arrangements by phone ahead of time if you need to check in or out before or after those hours.
Cancellations of these reservations must be made 24 hours prior
to the day of check-in (48 hours ahead for the Suite, holidays, groups, special events), or we will charge for the first night at the nightly rate. To avoid this charge please follow this policy if your plans do change.
All rooms have a fridge and microwave and hairdryer. Shampoo and lotion
are free and located at the front desk to avoid waste.
Quiet time is 10 PM until 8 AM. Please keep the TV down and
outside conversations quiet. The building is of solid wood construction,
so please move quietly on the upstairs level, the stairs, while
unpacking or packing, and while closing your room door (using
the key to turn the door lock if needed).
All pricing is based upon up to two people per room. People 12 and under are free. 5.00 per extra person charges. Charges may be adjusted at check-in to reflect the actual number of people in the room.We only allow the number of people in a room that the room was designed to hold.
Dogs only. We only allow dogs/emotional support dogs with advance notice. They must be in pet rooms because they can trigger allergies and a lot of guests prefer non-pet rooms. Please be very courteous in this respect. There is a fee of $20.00 per dog/emotional support dog, per visit.
A valid credit card must be on file and damages will be recovered. Pets must not be left unattended for more than a meal or local event, and their human's cell phone must be on file with the office. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and must be non-aggressive and well behaved and on leash so they do not wander into rooms or work in progress. A pet in a non-pet room is a $100.00 fine and will void the rest of your stay.
Due to smoke, odors and the fire hazard, no open cooking, incense, vaping, or
smoking/burning of any kind is allowed in the rooms. Courteous tobacco
smoking is allowed outside. Private properties have the right to decide and, sorry, but we are not friendly marijuana at all. If your room smells like smoke or marijuana, you will void the rest of your stay and a fee of $250.00 WILL be assessed. Costs for room damage/loss of use, or another guest asking for a refund because of such activity will be recovered.
Rates are per room, per night for up to 2 people. Rates are quoted in USD and include all applicable taxes and fees. Full payment is due at check in and the paying guest is responsible for all incidentals, damages, missing hotel property, cancellation fees, or additional nights. No third party credit cards We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit & debit cards.
